Terms of Service for Declutter Alchemy

1. Introduction

Declutter Alchemy is a transformative decluttering service that blends practical organisation with spiritual growth and therapeutic healing. This process is designed to help individuals release attachments to belongings that no longer serve them, fostering clarity, empowerment, and personal growth. While the approach incorporates elements of psychology and spirituality, it is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. The Declutter Alchemy Process: A Journey Through the Elements

Our decluttering method follows four elemental phases, symbolising the stages of transformation:

  • Earth – Foundations & Awareness We begin by grounding ourselves, exploring attachments, and setting intentions. This phase establishes stability, clarity, and a strong foundation for transformation.

  • Water – Release & Flow Like water washing away the old, this phase helps you let go of what no longer serves you. Through guided reflection and rituals, you free yourself from emotional and physical clutter.

  • Air – Clarity & Alignment With newfound lightness, we refine what remains, ensuring it aligns with your values and aspirations. This phase brings fresh energy, organisation, and mental clarity.

  • Fire – Transformation & Renewal Fire symbolises rebirth. You emerge empowered, embracing a life filled with abundance and new possibilities. We integrate sustainable practices to maintain this transformation.

3. Scope of Services

Declutter Alchemy provides:

  • Personalized one-on-one guidance for decluttering and transformation.

  • Supportive, holistic techniques to address emotional and physical clutter.

  • Tailored sessions to align your space with your values and dreams.

It does not include:

  • Clinical therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

  • Legal or financial consulting.

  • Guaranteed specific results, as personal transformation is an individual journey.

4. Who This Process is For

Declutter Alchemy is ideal for individuals who:

  • Feel stuck or overwhelmed by their space and belongings.

  • Want to release emotional attachments and step into a new chapter of life.

  • Are open to a holistic and spiritually integrated approach to decluttering.

  • Seek to create a living environment that aligns with their values and personal growth.

This process may not be suitable for individuals experiencing severe psychological distress, active substance abuse, or recent traumatic events that require professional therapeutic support. If you have concerns about your mental health, we recommend consulting a licensed healthcare provider before beginning this process.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

All sessions and communications are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, legal obligations). While reasonable measures are taken to protect your privacy, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for online communications.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, concepts, exercises, and processes used in Declutter Alchemy are the intellectual property of the service provider. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Declutter Alchemy process for commercial purposes or personal coaching/training programs without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of this content may result in legal action.

7. Personal Responsibility & Commitment

Your progress depends on your willingness to engage in the process and make intentional choices about your space. While Declutter Alchemy provides guidance and support, you remain responsible for decision-making and the execution of decluttering actions.

8. Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Fees for Declutter Alchemy services are outlined in the initial agreement and must be paid as agreed.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.

  • Refunds are not provided once the process has begun, except in exceptional cases at the discretion of the service provider.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

  • Declutter Alchemy is a personal growth and transformational service, not a professional mental health or medical service.

  • Results vary by individual; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

  • By participating in this process, you acknowledge that the provider is not liable for any decisions you make or any effects resulting from this journey.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from participation in Declutter Alchemy shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Swiss courts.

11. Agreement

By engaging in Declutter Alchemy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
